Chumba Casino has updated its Terms and Conditions (v14.1), introducing stricter rules around how players use Live Chat. Clause 19 now outlines specific behaviors that aren’t allowed, including offensive language, spam, harassment, and attempts to promote other services or coordinate unfair play.

Players who break these rules risk being muted, having their accounts closed, or losing their prizes. Chumba also states it may report serious cases to the Malta Gaming Authority.
