📌 What Changed in LuckyLand v31.0

Minimum Redemption Now Set at SC 50

They’ve officially drawn a line: if your balance is under SC 50, you’re not cashing out.
There’s also a mention that LuckyLand Slots might apply processing fees when handling redemptions. Before, this kind of detail was vague or just never spelled out.

Florida Winnings Now Have a Hard Limit

If you’re playing sweepstakes from Florida and hit a prize over $5,000 on a single spin, you’re getting $5,000. Period.
That’s in Clause 8.3. It’s not the first time we’ve seen a state-specific cap, but this one’s newly written into LuckyLand’s terms.

Inactivity Will Wipe Your Coins Faster

Clause 8.22 now says your Sweeps Coins expire after 60 days without a login.
That’s a much tighter window than older terms, which often gave users three to six months. Also, if your account gets shut down? Any prizes or balance vanish with it.

Legal Claims Over Tracking? Waived.

There’s now a section that releases LuckyLand from any responsibility tied to things like cookies, JS scripts, or tracking pixels—past, present, or future.
Even if you didn’t know tracking was happening, this clause says you’ve agreed not to sue for it. Other VGW platforms are adding similar language.

Arbitration Policy Is No Longer Basic

Sections 24.4 to 24.7 go into far more depth than before:

  • Every dispute goes through arbitration.

  • You’ve got 30 days to opt out.

  • If 25+ people file the same kind of complaint? That kicks in a mass arbitration process.

  • If a claim’s value crosses $500,000, either side can push for a three-arbitrator panel.

This reflects newer legal strategies we’ve seen across other sweepstakes platforms.

More States Can’t Join Promotional Play

Clause 3.1(b) adds Idaho, Louisiana, Mississippi, and other states to the list of places where Promotional Play is off-limits.
Accounts May Close After a Year of Silence

Logins matter now more than ever.

Clause 5.9 says if your account goes untouched for 12 straight months, LuckyLand can shut it down.
Coins, prizes, everything—gone. Previous versions may have hinted at this, but now the rule is formal and clearly enforced.
