Source: MegaBonanza customer support email
MegaBonanza has announced its complete exit from Tennessee. There are multiple deadlines that will affect purchases, gameplay, sweepstakes entries, and account access for all players in the state.
See below for a complete breakdown of the changes included in the official notice.
🚫 Mail-ins and Gold Coin purchases are all being shut down
There are two important restrictions that will take effect immediately:
- Mail-in requests dated after November 17 will not be accepted or credited.
- Starting November 24, Tennesseans will no longer be able to purchase Gold Coin packages.
- Together, these changes close both free and paid access points into MegaBonanza’s sweepstakes system
Social gameplay will remain available until December 1
- MegaBonanza is allowing existing Tennessee players to use the coins they already have in their accounts, but only for a short period.
- After this date, gameplay access will gradually decrease as the shutdown approaches.
A full cutoff is scheduled for December 15, 2025, and includes several significant actions
- All Tennessee accounts will be automatically closed.
- Remaining Gold Coins and Sweepstakes Coins will expire.
- Sweepstakes prizes may be redeemed only until December 15.
- After this date, it will no longer be possible to redeem any prizes.
- Any unredeemed balance or prize claim will be forfeited once the shutdown is complete.
MegaBonanza acknowledges the impact
- MegaBonanza noted that this was a “difficult decision” and expressed appreciation for players’ support and loyalty.
- Players with questions are encouraged to contact [email protected].
