Terms of Use Update

Pulsz.com updated its terms on June 10. The changes affect how you handle disputes, how the site uses data, and how they treat location masking.

➤ Disputes now go through binding arbitration. If you have a problem, that’s the only process available. No courts, no group cases. Just arbitration.

➤ You also waive all claims related to tracking tools. That includes cookies, Meta Pixel, and similar systems. If the site uses them, the terms say you’ve accepted that.

➤ Using a VPN or masking your location is now a violation. If you try to access from a blocked area, Pulsz can shut down your account.

These changes are already live. They apply whether you’ve read them or not.
