Sportzino’s Terms and Conditions, Version 2.1, published on February 17, 2026, includes an update to Section 17.12 about taxes on Virtual Coin purchases.
Clarified tax responsibility
The revised section states that:
- Virtual Coin purchases may be subject to state or local taxes depending on the player’s location
- Taxes may be added at checkout where required by law
