New Requirement for U.S. Credit Card + ID:

• You now need to register a valid U.S. credit card—even if you never make a purchase. When redeeming rewards, your government-issued ID must match your account name.

Mandatory Mediation Before Arbitration:

• All disputes must go through mediation in Orange County, Florida. If you don’t go through this step, you give up the right to arbitration.

Expanded State Restrictions:

• ZitoBox now blocks access and payment processing from Maryland and Washington. Visa gift card rewards can’t be redeemed from New York.

Redemption Limits + Documentation Checks:

• Max 2 brand types per day
• Max 400,000 points per order
• Over 10,000 points may trigger a document request

Points Are Licensed, Not Owned:

Loyalty Points and Coins are licensed software — not assets. They can’t be traded or refunded, and they may expire.

Retroactive Tracking Consent:

You now accept Meta Pixel tracking for all past, current, and future use. You also waive claims about how your data was tracked.

New Grounds for Account Termination:

Your account can be suspended or closed if:

• You use multiple accounts per household
• Your behavior is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent
• A minor accesses your account
• You try to resell or transfer points or rewards
