Casino Royale Sweepstakes went dark in November 2025 with very little loss. Two years in, the game library had not grown, certifications were nowhere to be found, and account verification still required a phone call. Read my full review to see what it looked like while it lasted, what they never got around to fixing, and what I learned that you should know before handing your details to any other site.

Casino Royale Bonuses & Promotions
Table 1: Casino Royale Sweepstakes Bonus Offers (Historical)
| Bonus Type | Details (While Active) | My Notes |
| Welcome Bonus | $10 pack of free coins (no deposit) | Auto-granted after manual account setup |
| First Deposit Match | 50% match on first purchase | Credited after proof of payment |
| No Deposit Bonus | Same $10 coin pack | No bonus code needed |
| Wagering Requirements | Not disclosed | Never clearly shown in terms |
| VIP / Loyalty Program | None | No long-term reward structure |
Summary
The bonus setup at Casino Royale was easy to understand when this sweepstakes online casino was still open, but it was not well documented at all. I quickly found out that new players received a $10 no-deposit coin pack, which appeared in my balance shortly after my account had been created manually.
There was also a 50 percent first deposit match that could be used on any of the more than 200 games.
But here was probably the big issue for me: At no point did I see clear wagering requirements regarding the sweepstakes bonus, win limits, or something that resembled detailed bonus rules.
All was hanging out in the dark. And, while the site was up and running, this undeniable lack of information made the bonus system extremely unreliable.
Casino Royale Account Setup and Registration
Table 2: How Account Creation Worked While Casino Royale Was Live
| Step | Detail | My Notes |
| 1 | Contact the site through one of the published phone numbers or its Facebook or Instagram page | No sign up button on the site at all |
| 2 | Provide personal information and a photo of your ID | All sent through direct messages |
| 3 | Wait for manual account approval | Handled by a staff member, not an automated system |
| 4 | Receive login details for both the web platform and the Android app | Credentials were sent through the same message thread |
| 5 | Welcome bonus applied to the new account | The 10 dollar no deposit coins appeared shortly after |
Summary
Creating an account on Casino Royale Sweepstakes had an unusual feel to it. For starters, I could not spot a sign-up form or registration page to guide me through the process.
In fact, I was only able to get started after sending a message to one of the sweeps casino’s profiles (as an alternative, you could also send one to one of the phone numbers you could find on their social media).
In the casino’s response, I was asked to provide my name, date of birth, address, and a picture of my ID. After I shared this information via regular message, a staff member reached out to me and explained that my request would be handled. Once they had reviewed its contents, they created an account for me and sent the login details back via the same chat.
One last thing I would like to add in this context: Although, the $10 sign-up bonus might have been added to my freshly created account right away. But I cannot say that any of my experiences ever felt secure or particularly structured. Just because I did not know who I had contacted in the first place, and why they were too lazy to create a classic sign-up form.
Casino Royale Currencies & Payments
Table 3: Casino Royale In-Game Currency System (Historical)
| Type | How It Worked (When Live) | My Notes |
| Sweep-Style Coin | Primary and only currency | Used across all 200+ games |
| Loading Coins | Send real money via external payment | Casino manually credited coin balance |
| Min Deposit | $25 | Required for all supported methods |
Summary
Back when Casino Royale Sweepstakes used to be around, it used only one internal sweepstakes currency. I always found this a bit weird, because by definition, a sweepstakes casino always uses two. One for winning actual money, the other one for fun play. So, yes, that was a bit of a turn off, because the site usually used “sweepstakes” as part of their actual brand.
However, things had worked at one point. After I made a sweepstakes payment via Cash App, for example, the team manually topped up my account with coins that I could use across the platform’s slots and fish games.
Table 4: Former Casino Royale Sweepstakes Deposit Methods (Historical)
| Method | Available for Deposits |
Min Deposit | My Notes (While Live) |
| Cash App | ✅ | $25 | Most commonly advertised |
| Venmo | ✅ | $25 | Uses phone number reference |
| Zelle | ✅ | $25 | Manual confirmation |
| Apple Pay | ✅ | $25 | Routed via phone number |
| Google Pay | ✅ | $25 | Same flow as Apple Pay |
| Chime | ✅ | $25 | Handled via same contacts |
| Bitcoin | ✅ | $25 | No clear on-site wallet info |
Summary
In practice, deposits at Casino Royale were relatively quick, once I found and followed their instructions. That said, the entire sweepstakes depositing process relied entirely on me, having to message and manually associating payments with my player profile.
So, regardless of this method being somewhat fast, it did not make me feel at ease. Contrary to other sweepstakes or social casinos that I would rate highly in this context, I could not consult a cashier page, internal ledger, or automated reconciliation.
Casino Royale Withdrawals & Redemptions
Table 5: Former Casino Royale Sweepstakes Withdrawal System (Historical)
| Method | Available for Withdrawals |
Min Withdrawal |
My Notes (While Live) |
| Cash App | ✅ | $80 | Usually the fastest, but still needed manual approval |
| Venmo | ✅ | $80 | Had to message the same number as for deposits |
| Zelle | ✅ | $80 | Required back-and-forth confirmation |
| Apple Pay | ✅ | $80 | Processed only during certain hours |
| Google Pay | ✅ | $80 | Same time window limitations |
| Chime | ✅ | $80 | Consistent but very manual |
| Bitcoin | ✅ | $80 | No clear explanation of how payouts were initiated |
Summary
The process of redeeming winnings at Sweepstakes Royale followed the same general pattern as deposits. In other words, nothing happened unless I messaged someone first. There was no “Redeem” button or visible sweepstakes redemption form. Nothing resembled what a good and normal sweepstakes casinos normally would offer.
In this specific case, I had to contact customer service through the same chat thread I used for deposits and request a payout. Then, I had to confirm my details and wait for a staff member to become available. Only after that would the redemption be processed. In my case, the payout was sent back through the same payment method that I had used to load the account.
There was also a daily payout window, which made the whole process seem even more improvised. Withdrawals were only processed between 11 a.m. and 9 p.m., and not at all on Mondays. If you submitted a request outside of these hours, you had to wait until the next day.
And while I did receive my test payout, I never felt comfortable with the overall setup. There was no clear breakdown of which part of my balance was eligible for redemption, no automated process, and no on-site explanation of the sweepstakes rules. Honestly, most of the system relied on the person on the other end of the phone doing everything correctly.
And now that the casino is closed, it is hard not to look back and think that this level of manual handling should have been a warning sign.
Casino Royale Sweepstakes Review: My Final Verdict
Casino Royale Sweepstakes might’ve seemed like a fun option when it was active. It had a few simple slots and fish games, so it was easy for low-maintenance players to enjoy. And who doesn’t love a quick $10 no-deposit bonus right after signing up? It adds a little extra fun to your gaming experience.
But that’s where the good news in this sweepstakes casino review ends.
Signing up felt like a chore, having to rely on random phone numbers and social media accounts. Balances were updated manually, and there wasn’t even a proper cashier system in place. There weren’t any written rules for the sweepstakes, no clear bonus details, and no solid explanation of how those sweep coins actually worked.
In the end, it was all about trust and who was around to respond to messages that day. If you’re in the market for a reliable sweepstakes casino, you’ll need more than uncertainty.
And even when Casino Royale was still in the game, it was a tough sell. We already had added it to our SweepCasinos blacklist because of those issues. Now that it’s closed, it’s a good example of what not to do.
If you’re in the market for a sweepstakes casino, keep an eye out for brands that make it a breeze to sign up, have automated cashiers, lay out their bonus terms in black and white, and have solid documentation about their sweep coins.
