Fortune Coins Review 2025
This Fortune Coins review kicked off with a surprise: $10 in free coins, no payment needed. I’ve tested enough operators to know that’s not the norm.
But that wasn’t the only thing that caught me off guard. Fast cashouts, slick onboarding, and a few small UX quirks I didn’t see coming.
If you’re wondering whether Fortune Coins is just another copy-paste site or actually worth your time, I’ll walk you through the bonus, games, coin system, and everything in between.

Opinion
I’ve bounced around more sweeps cash casinos than I care to admit, but this no deposit deal from Fortune Coins actually made me pause. Not just a token offer—it felt like they were trying. Would I prefer all 630,000 GC at once? Of course. But the drip-feed makes sense. Keeps you curious.
Most sweepstakes bonuses looked like the usual boilerplate… until day three hit. Suddenly: 720,000 GC and 120 FC dropped in, and I wasn’t thinking about leaving anymore. I was already deep in it.

We always give these sites a full week when doing research for our SweepsCasinos reviews. It’s just what we do – anything less and you only see the wrapper.
I didn’t even think I’d use up the week. Just figured I’d get the Fortune Coins bonus, poke around, move on. But yeah – 630,000 GC, 1,000 FC. That hit my account fast. Like, “is this a glitch?”. Which almost made me trust it less, if that makes sense.
I was coming off WOW Vegas Casino – 250K and 5 SC there. It went quick. I blinked and it was gone. Same with Yay Casino. Barely touched the thing before the coins ran dry. Not sure what I expected.
With Fortune Coins, though, I didn’t feel that pressure. Like, I could open a bad slot, close it, try something else. Still had coins. Actually had the space to lose without panicking. That’s rare. Most of them don’t let you breathe.
Was it perfect? No. I got bored halfway through a session and rage-clicked through twenty spins like a toddler. But I didn’t get punished for that. I just… kept going. Which I guess is the whole point.
Then there’s also a starter deal if you want to buy in. I paid $19.99 instead of the usual $25.99 and got 5.1 million GC plus 2,598 FC. Not a bad trade.
No sweeps bonus codes anywhere. Nothing to type in. Which, honestly, I appreciated – I’ve spent way too long hunting for fake promo codes on other sites.
I’ll get into the different bonus types in a sec. But first – here’s what offers I found while writing this Fortune Coins Casino review.
💡 How To Make Sure To Get That Fortune Coins No Deposit Bonus
My tip: Manually claim your daily login bonus in the Coin Store
Some sweepstakes cash casinos drop the daily bonus in without asking. Fortune Coins doesn’t do that.
After logging in, I had to click into the coin store—it’s the “Get Coins” button—then scroll past the bundles to the Free Rewards section. There’s a small “Collect” button next to the daily bonus. Nothing jumps out. I missed it the first time.
Once you know where it is, it’s simple. But it’s not handed to you. You’ve got to go get it.
A Closer Look at Fortune Coins Bonus Categories
Sign-up Bonus
What it is:
I claimed a total of 630,000 GC + 1,000 free FC in welcome rewards for opening a Fortune Coins account. However, I had to complete several casino tasks to claim the full Fortune Coins Casino no deposit bonus.
How are the rewards distributed:
✅ Initial account registration – 100,000 GC + 200 FC
✅ Phone number verification – 10,000 GC + 100 FC
✅ Email verification – 100,000 GC + 200 FC
✅ Activating SMS notifications – 100,000 GC + 200 FC
✅ Activating email notifications – 100,000 GC + 300 FC
✅ Connecting Facebook – 20,000 GC + 50 FC
✅ Connecting Google – 20,000 GC + 50 FC
Daily Login Bonus
What it is:
Fortune Coins’ 3-day bonus bash gave me daily GC and FC rewards simply for logging into my casino account every day.
How it works:
Claiming the rewards is straightforward. You’ll be prompted by a pop-up banner to collect your bonus in the casino store whenever you log in. Be careful, though, skipping a day resets your progress, and you’d have to restart from day 1.
What you earn:
✅ Day 1 – 150,000 GC + 50 FC
✅ Day 2 – 200,000 GC + 50 FC
✅ Day 3 – 720,000 GC + 120 FC
Refer-a-Friend Bonus
You can also earn bonus FC and GC by inviting new users to register on the Fortune Coins platform and make purchases in the casino store. The total value of bonus coins you’ll get from this offer depends on how much your invited friend spends. The maximum you can get from this offer is 120,000,000 GC + 4,500 SC free if your friend buys the 1,200,000,000 GC bundle.
Mail-in Bonus
Fortune Coins provides an alternative method of entry by allowing users to send a handwritten request to receive up to 500 FC free. To try this deal, you simply have to include details like your return mailing address, full name, user ID, and email address on the note. You can get information about the contents of the mail-in request on the Fortune Coins sweeps rules page.
Fortune Coins Loyalty Program
There’s a VIP section with six tiers buried in the menu. I found a level called Black Diamond on there, last in the list—but there’s nothing attached to it. No details, no perks, no explanation. It’s just sitting there like it forgot to show up for its own reveal.
The good news, though, is that I found more information on the other tiers, which you will find in the table below.
Tier | Points Needed | Perks |
Fortune Rising | Auto-enrolled | 24/7 support, daily login bonus |
Fortune Silver | 25 – 99 | All Rising perks + VIP games, free spins, monthly offers |
Fortune Gold | 100 – 999 | All Silver perks + birthday/anniversary gifts, better purchase deals |
Fortune Diamond | 1,000 – 7,999 | All Gold perks + bonus coupons, bigger gifts, special offers |
Royal Diamond | 8,000+ | All Diamond perks + weekly bonuses, rakeback, account manager |
Black Diamond | Unknown | No public info. |
I played for a couple of days using GC before realizing none of it counted toward anything. There’s no way to earn points with Gold Coins, only FC. Took me longer than I’d like to admit to catch that. I had to dig through the FAQ to find it spelled out.
One point per 1,000 FC, that’s the deal. There is no tracker, no bar filling up, no “you’re halfway there” message. You basically just spend and then have to check it any progress made yourself. I then hit Silver eventually, without ever getting a confirmation. What there was, though, was a new section in my account that looked a little different.
If there’s a system here, it’s quiet. If there’s momentum, it doesn’t show itself. I wouldn’t have seen any of it if I hadn’t gone looking.
This Site Is More Impressive in the VIP Department
I didn’t reach the top tier at Fortune Coins. I merely managed to reach the middle, but my new status brought little to no changes.
If you want to feel like you’re actually succeeding with each level you complete, I recommend reading my BCGame.us review. Things just kept unlocking with this operator. I’d play for a while, and my XP would climb elegantly, same like the benefits.
Also, cashback came through a few times a week, normally without any fancy messages. Redemptions always were in crypt, zero fees attached. And there was the incident of a no deposit bonus appearing randomly on a sunny Wednesday morning. I didn’t dare ask why.
Fortune Coins Coin System & Prize Redemptions
Fortune Coins Coin & Redemption Rating
Quick cashouts, cheap coins, no crypto
Pros
- Withdrawals take 2–3 days after ID check
- $50 minimum to redeem—standard across sites
- Coin packs start at $0.99 (cheaper than most)
- FC only needs 1x wager to redeem
- No extra fees on GC purchases
Cons
- No redemptions in WA, ID, MI, or NY
- FC expires after 120 days if unused
- Crypto not available for purchases
Opinion
$50 minimum to redeem. Didn’t think about it until I hit 4,200 FC and realized I wasn’t going to make it. Zula Casino is the same. So is Sportzino. But then I checked WOW Vegas – $25. That’s when it started to feel like a reach.
While doing research for my Stake.us review I found $40. Forgot that until I dug through an old screenshot.
Payment was just debit. Visiting Fortune Coins as Google Pay sweeps casino worked the same. Nothing got declined. I looked for crypto more than once—was sure it had to be in there somewhere. It wasn’t.
I had BTC in my wallet already. Been sitting there for weeks. Would’ve been the easiest way to top up. Never used it. Still there.
Fortune Coins Coin Purchase Options
Payment Method | Min/Max Purchase | Bonus Coins Included | Fees | Redemption |
Credit / Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, and Discover) | $0.99 / $299.99 | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |
Skrill | $0.99 / $199.99 | ✅ | ❌ | ✅ |
Paysafecard | $0.99 / $199.99 | ✅ | ❌ | ❌ |
You can buy Fortune Coins GC bundles starting from $0.99 with any of three main banking options: credit cards, Skrill, and Paysafecard. I bought the $0.99 pack while visiting the operator as VISA sweepstakes casino and got my 200,000 GC within seconds.
I also found that you get complementary free FC for buying the $4.99 bundle and above. Purchases are free on Fortune Coins, and I didn’t have to complete KYC to buy GC.
Fortune Coins Prize Redemption
Redemption Method | Min. Amount | Processing Time | KYC Required? | Fees |
Bank Transfer | 5,000 FC | 2 to 5 business days | ✅ (first time only) | ❌ |
Skrill | 5,000 FC | 2 business days | ✅ (first time only) | ❌ |
100 FC equals $1. That part is more than clear.
But the Redeem button? Didn’t show up at first. I thought maybe it was broken. It wasn’t. You just don’t see it until you hit 5,000 FC.
Once I passed the minimum, it appeared. Quiet. No popup. Just there, finally.
💡 How I Held Onto Enough FC To Redeem
My tip: I stuck with low-volatility slots until I hit 5,000
When I was within a few hundred coins of the 5,000 mark, I stopped trying anything new. I picked one slot that gave small, steady wins – not exactly exciting, but stable. In this whole process, I ignored RTP and volatility ratings completely. My only rule was: if the balance didn’t drop fast, I stayed.
The moment a game ate 300 coins in a few quick spins, I quit. I didn’t rotate to a second or third option, I went straight back to the one that hovered. That was the only reason I finally crossed 5,000 without dipping below again.
As soon as I hit 5,030, I exited the game immediately and went straight to the Redeem page.
Redemption Notes From My Fortune Coins Review
First redemption took time
I uploaded the ID first. That part worked. The utility bill stalled and I had to try twice. The bank statement went through but didn’t show any confirmation. After that – nothing. I checked the account again five days later. Still nothing. I didn’t get any emails. Then on day six (might’ve been seven) it was there. No alert. No approved screen. Just sitting in the balance like it had always been.
Second one came through quick
No re-verification. No steps. I didn’t touch anything. Two days later, same spot, same time and it hit. I only knew because I refreshed out of habit.
Bonus FC didn’t work the first time
I had just logged in. Tried to redeem right away. Clicked, nothing. The button lit up but didn’t go anywhere. So I opened a slot, played one spin, checked again – and it worked. That’s how I found out you have to use it first. No message told me.
Florida’s cap is lower, but you won’t notice until you’re there
The default is 955,000 FC per day. The state of Florida has its own number: 490,000. I didn’t see it on the homepage. Only caught it buried in the terms. No reason given. No explanation. Just a line, like it was always supposed to be smaller.
How I Redeemed Cash on Fortune Coins
Checked my balance
I clicked the FC total near the top of the site. It opened a small box showing how much I had, and how much of that could actually be redeemed. The numbers didn’t match. There wasn’t a label explaining why, just two amounts.
Opened the Redeem section
It was in the side menu. Nothing about it stood out. I scrolled right past it once before noticing it halfway down the list.
Entered the wrong amount first
I typed 4,000. It gave me an error. I hadn’t remembered the 5,000 minimum. So off I went to fix this little error.
Filled in the bank details
I entered my full name, routing number, and account number. Nothing filled in automatically. I took my time with the numbers, copied from my banking app, then checked twice before moving on.
Submitted the request
There was no animation. Just a small “submitted” message. No confirmation email and no status screen. I didn’t know if it worked until I saw the money show up later.
Would You Prefer To Redeem Smaller Amounts With Gift Cards?
Sweepstakes sites typically use gift cards to provide lower redemption limits and convenient payouts; however, this option was conspicuously missing when I was using the Fortune Coins site.
Whenever I want to make smaller redemptions via gift cards, I play on Chumba Casino, NoLimitCoins, and TaoFortune. Chumba offers $10 gift card redemptions, while you can withdraw a minimum of $25 with gift cards on TaoFortune and NoLimitCoins.
Fortune Coins’ Casino Game Lobby
Fortune Coins Game Rating
A fun place for slot fans, but not for live players
Pros
- 40+ providers (Pragmatic, Evoplay, more)
- Easy-to-use game menu
- 45+ jackpot slots with GC prizes
- 40+ Instant Win games
- 20+ high roller slots
Cons
- No volatility or RTP info
- Login required to play
- Only 1 RNG table game
- No live dealer games
Opinion
The sweeps casino slot count was high – I got through maybe a tenth of it. There’s no filter, no sort, so I had to just scroll and guess. Most of the games didn’t show RTP. I checked one on the provider’s site – it was 95%. That one held up.
The others felt tighter, but I didn’t dig into all of them. I tried Piggy Tap for a bit. Didn’t expect much from it. It was simple. I didn’t stay long.
I then went looking for table games next and hit a wall. I only caught one title of Roulette X, nothing else. No online blackjack, no live anything. In my opinion, there was too much to dig through without any way to narrow it down. So after a while I stopped opening new games.
Overview: Game Library and Provider Portfolio at Fortune Coins
When I first entered the Fortune Coins game library, it was clear that this sweeps casino is all about online slots. The casino’s game menu displays multiple of them, and I had to scroll past the several featured reel categories to find the Instant Win games section.
Here the breakdown:
Game Category | Amount | My Top Pick |
Total Games | 1,200+ | Money Train |
Slots | 1,000+ | Chests of Caishen |
Progressive Jackpots | 46 | Quick Win Diamond 777 |
Instant and Scratch | 44 | Piggy Tap |
Fish | 7 | Caishen Dao |
RNG Table Games | 1 | Roulette X |
Exclusive Titles | 30+ | Farm Treasure |
💡 How to Not Lose Your Favorite Games
My tip: Star your go-to slots for faster access.
Since there are no filtering or sorting options on Fortune Coins, simply click the star icon on any game to move it to the ‘Favorites’ section of the casino game library. This way, all of your preferred gaming options are stashed in one place, so you’re not hunting for titles every time you log in.
More Than 1,000 Fortune Coins Slots
No kidding, there were a lot of Fortune Coins slots – way over 1,000. I didn’t go through everything, but I saw more than I expected. A big part of the games selection reminded me of Pulsz Casino.
I also came across 22 high roller slots, followed by a good chunk of megaways and hold & spin titles – somewhere in the 20s for both. Candy and fruit themes were everywhere. I counted 90-something of those.
I played Fruit Nova first. Then Sweet Bonanza. Both held up better than I thought they would.
The jackpots were where it got really interesting. I tried Genie’s Lamp and hit a mini – 46,270 GC. That was within the first 20 spins. Didn’t expect that. And didn’t happen again.
Underwhelming Table Game Selection – Only 1 Option Available
I went into this Fortune Coins Casino review expecting the basics: blackjack and maybe one or two online sweepstakes poker variants. However, I didn’t find any of those games, except for Roulette X, which was one of the very few table games greeting me from the lobby.
It’s a digital version, nothing live. Looked decent, but it was buried. I only saw it because I happened to click through the instant win section.
There is no table games category and no filter for it. I would’ve missed it completely if I wasn’t clicking around out of curiosity. So yes, that was the whole section: One game.
Looking to Play Live Casino Games?
I spent a lot of time spinning the reels for this Fortune Coins review, which is no surprise considering the variety and quality available on the site; however, I eventually got tired of competing against random number generators (RNG). When I wanted live dealer sweep games, I hopped over to Stake.us.
Compared to Fortune Coins with no options, there are 15 live titles on Stake.us. These include live roulette, baccarat, and Teen Patti. The live games on Stake.us are all provided by Iconic21 and Live88. Stake.us also has 15 RNG table games, including multiple blackjack variants, sweepstakes online roulette, baccarat, and video poker.

Fortune Coins Security & General Trustworthiness
Fortune Coins Safety Rating
Pretty solid security setup, but missing a few basics
Pros
- RNG-backed games from trusted providers
- Encrypted payments
- 256-bit and RSA-2048 TLS security
- Terms page is easy to find
- Valid security certificate
Cons
- No 2FA for login and redemptions
- RNG certs not shown on-site
Opinion
Most of it felt fine. I didn’t notice anything sketchy, pages loaded right, and payments stayed where they were supposed to. The site didn’t break trust, but it didn’t build it either. And maybe that’s what stuck.
What I did not like: There’s no two-factor (2FA). Feels a little strange, considering how easy it is to include. Another thing to mention: I found info on the site saying the games are RNG-certified, but I couldn’t find the proof.
💡 How to Make Your Fortune Coins Login Even Safer
My tip: Use a password manager to log in to your account.
I already had Bitwarden set up, so I created a long password for my Fortune Coins account and stored it there. No chance I’d remember it, which was the point.
It autofills through my browser, so I never type anything in manually. With no two-factor on the site, this was the only real layer I could add. Not ideal, but it keeps the door from swinging wide open.
Standard Encryption Protocols & Government Laws Guarantee Player Protection
Below you will find an overview of all the security features I found during my Fortune Coins Casino review:
License/Jurisdiction | Sweepstakes model (U.S.-compliant) |
License Visible on Site? | ❌ |
Encryption | 256-bit + RSA-2048 TLS encryption (standard HTTPS) |
RNG or Game Fairness Certificate | ❌ Not mentioned |
2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) | ❌ |
Email/SMS Login Verification | ❌ |
Data Protection Standards | Standard privacy policy only |
Cookie Controls | ✅ Customizable |
Sweepstakes T&Cs Available? | ✅ |
Company Transparency | ✅ Full name and address provided |
The padlock stayed up across the site. I checked it a few times while moving between pages – login, payments, account settings. It never dropped, and that gave me some baseline confidence that data wasn’t being passed around in plain text.
Underneath that, they use 256-bit and RSA-2048 encryption which is pretty much standard, reliable, and not flashy. It’s the same level of protection you’d expect on a banking site or a payment gateway, and from what I saw, it held.
There’s also a DMCA badge in the footer. I clicked it out of habit. It leads to a verification page that confirms the site is protected. That doesn’t mean much for your personal data, but it does make it harder for fake versions of the site to pass themselves off as real. Small thing, but good to see.
This Site Beats Fortune Coins in Terms of Provable Fairness
Where I could actually check game fairness
This would be Luckybird.io, a site with a fairly decent provably fair system. I’ve used it a few times to double-check the results of rounds. Before a game starts, it gives you a hash tied to the server seed. After the round ends, you can compare that with the final value to see if it matches. Every time I’ve checked, it lined up.
It’s a small process, but it gives you something concrete. At Fortune Coins, there’s nothing like that—no public RNG certs, no way to see what’s running underneath. That difference stood out more the longer I played.
Availability of a Fortune Coins App / Mobile Experience
Fortune Coins Mobile Rating
Decent browser version, no app
Pros
- Mobile shortcut makes access quicker
- Payments and redemptions work smoothly
- Lightweight design = smooth gameplay
- Full desktop game library available
- Clean layout, easy to navigate
Cons
- Some menu overlap during games
- Slower page loads on mobile
- No Fortune Coins download app available
Opinion
Fortune Coins’ simple website design makes life easy. I found pretty much all of the desktop games are available on mobile. I could also easily make GC purchases, redeem FC, and claim Fortune Coins free spins from my phone browser.
The games I played ran smoothly without lag. So overall, the mobile gameplay I found was fairly sleek. I could conveniently use the buttons to adjust my bets, and I didn’t experience any lag while spinning the reels.
The slight delays in loading times you might encounter (because I did) are negligible and don’t take much away from the overall mobile experience.
Fortune Coins Mobile – What I Actually Found
Let’s start with the basic facts I found during my Fortune Coins Casino review in the mobile context.
Feature | Mobile Browser | Fortune Coins App (iOS / Android) |
Game Count (Slots) | Over 1,000 – same as desktop | N/A |
Live Casino Access | ❌ | N/A |
Search / Filters Available | ✅ Search available, but no filters | N/A |
Demo Play Available | ❌ | N/A |
Redeem Flow Works? | ✅ | N/A |
App Store Rating (if any) | N/A | N/A |
Game Loading Speed | Fast | N/A |
Menus / Navigation UX | Smooth | N/A |
Orientation Responsive | ✅ | N/A |
I used an iPhone 12 on LTE. Most of the games loaded fine, but not always within record times. Le Bandit (as an example) took five seconds – on desktop it was closer to two. I noticed differences like this more than once while testing about 38 titles for this Fortune Coins review.
The layout itself remained familiar, though, with the same menus, categories, and overall feel.
What I would like to mention at this point: Some of the buttons hovered in my eyes too close to the reel. They didn’t block anything, but I noticed them. I kept thinking I’d tap something by accident. I didn’t—but it stayed in the corner of my eye.
💡 How to Improve Your Mobile Fortune Coins Gaming Experience
My tip: Switch to the horizontal mode for better mobile gameplay
Using the Fortune Coins website in vertical mode provided a zoomed-out version of the gaming reels, allowing me to focus on gameplay. However, when I switched the display to the horizontal mode, the reel became centrally placed on my screen, and game setting icons were much better spread out.
Looking for a Site With a Mobile App?
Fortune Coins’ mobile browser provides all of the features that you would look to get from a dedicated sweepstakes casino app – convenient mobile gaming on the go, lag-free gameplay, and enticing bonuses. However, High 5 Casino is my go-to for mobile app gaming, with its Android and iOS apps.
I could easily download and install the High 5 app from the App Store. The High 5 app takes less than 300 MB of storage space on an iPhone. Furthermore, this app is consistently updated, allowing me to keep up with feature additions on the website. The High 5 app loads smoothly, and you can use filters – missing on Fortune Coins – to view specific game categories.
Fortune Coins Support Channels and Their Quality
Fortune Coins Support Rating
Fast responses, but on-page help center needs improvement
Pros
- Support tickets and FAQ available without login
- Email and Facebook support accept file uploads
- Fast, detailed replies—usually within 5–10 minutes
- 24/7 customer support availability
Cons
- No live chat on site
- Some FAQ articles missing
- No phone support offered
Opinion
Help Channels & How to Reach Them
💡 How to Get the Fastest Fortune Coins Support Answers
My tip: Prioritize Facebook messages for faster responses
Both email and Facebook support are reasonably fast when replying to initial queries; however, in my opinion, the Facebook support is considerably better for longer conversations, with shorter waiting periods between messages. I texted support through email and a direct message on Facebook. Despite sending both messages at 6:49 AM, I received an email response 8 minutes later and a Facebook reply within 5 minutes.
Although the response times for email and Facebook messages aren’t far off, I had to wait longer to receive responses during back-and-forth email conversations. Also, the simple interface made it more convenient for me to send direct messages on Facebook Messenger, compared with the effort required to compose and send an email.
Choose this sweeps casino if you want live chat support
I got customer support on Fortune Coins mainly through Facebook DMs. However, if the absence of live support on the website is a deal breaker for you, FunzCity and Luckybird.io provide in-website support. FunzCity’s live support is available 24/7, and the constantly active chat room on Luckybird.io lets you get immediate help from fellow players.
Fortune Coins Login and Account Setup
Fortune Coins Login/Account Setup Rating
It’s fast, but minors have access
Pros
- Easy sign-up with Google or Facebook
- No KYC needed to start playing
- Minimal personal info required
- Fast phone code delivery
Cons
- No strict age verification
- Phone verification required to view games
- Frequent auto logouts due to inactivity
Opinion
Setting up a Fortune Coins sweepstakes account is as simple as it gets. There are no intrusive demands for personal information, and you can play at the site without ever having to undergo KYC checks, unless you request a payout. I didn’t like that I couldn’t view casino games after signing up without completing phone verification. Regardless, the whole process is more than swift, so I didn’t have to wait for too long.

Registering a Fortune Coins Account – What’s Required Upfront
I signed up for a Fortune Coins account in under a minute. The process was simple too; I hit ‘Join Now’, typed in my name, email, and password, and that was all. After completing the initial sign-up process, a big banner prompting me to verify a phone number was displayed on my screen.
Field / Step | Required? |
✅ | |
Phone Number | ✅ |
Date of Birth / Age Check | ❌ |
Address / ZIP | ❌ |
Password Setup | ✅ |
Demo Mode Without Account | ❌ |
Alternatively, you can just tap the Google or Facebook buttons to link an existing profile and instantly complete a Fortune Coins Casino login. The option to link either profile is available on the original sign-up page. Clicking either the Facebook or Google sign-up icon takes you to a secure login page, where you must enter your account email and password.
💡 How to Avoid Onscreen Banners
My tip: Avoid leaving your Fortune Coins screen idle for too long.
Whenever I took a quick 5 to 10-minute break from playing on Fortune Coins, I would return to see an onscreen banner prompting me to log in to my account. Each time, I could quickly reaccess my Fortune Coins account thanks to my device’s password autofill option; however, not all browsers use this feature.
If your browser falls into this category, it can be frustrating to consistently enter your password at short intervals. So, unless you urgently have to go away, regularly check the casino website during your playing sessions to avoid incessant Fortune Coins logins.

Opinion
I asked for a 7-day time-out. Used the Contact form, then messaged them on Facebook too. I wasn’t sure which one they’d answer. Got a reply in under ten minutes – short, direct. They said the break had been applied. Next login attempt blocked me, so I guess that confirmed it.
There’s no built-in tool for any of it. Not for time-outs, not for limits, not for exclusions. You just ask, and they do it manually. That part works better than most places – at least someone’s there, and they act fast, but still, it’s not necessarily good. You’re relying on a support agent for something that should already be under your control. They said automation’s in the works. They didn’t say when.
These 3 Responsible Gambling Tools Help To Stay in Control
Fortune Coins’ main responsible gambling features include account time-out, purchase limits, and self-exclusion. The Player Safety section at the bottom of the casino’s website gave me information on all of the available responsible gambling features and how to activate them.
Strangely, the link explaining the guidelines for activating responsible gambling features on the Fortune Coins website led me to a non-existent page. Still, I could request a time-out, self-exclusion, or account deactivation by submitting a ticket via [email protected].
Feature | Available | Details |
Deposit Limits | ✅ | Provides flexible restrictions on coin purchases. You must mail support to set a deposit limit. |
Loss Limits | ❌ | N/A |
Time Limits | ❌ | N/A |
Reality Checks | ❌ | N/A |
Time-Out / Cool-Off | ✅ | Available for 2, 7, 14, or 30 days. It can only be activated by opening a ticket. |
Self Exclusion | ✅ | Minimum of 6 months required, and can run for 1 to 5 years. It can also only be set by opening a support ticket. |
RG Page with Help Resources | ✅ | Includes mention of support services like Gaming Addicts Anonymous and protection software like Cyberpatrol |
Age Verification | ✅ | Requested when you initiate your first Fortune Coins withdrawal |
The minimum period for self-exclusion is 6 months, but you can also set it to 1, 3, or 5 years. Similarly, you can request a time-out for 2, 7, 14, or 30 days. Once I activated account time-out and self-exclusion, there was no way to reverse it.
💡 How to Play Responsibly on Fortune Coins
My tip: Write to customer support to request a purchase limit
Purchase limits aren’t listed among the standard responsible gambling features on Fortune Coins. However, while going through the casino’s player safety section, I saw that users can restrict purchases by sending an email directly to customer support.
The casino mentions that an automated purchase and play amount limit system, which can be set directly on the website, is in the works. But in the meantime, the only way for you to activate these features is by contacting the customer support team.

Great redemption experience. I submitted my last redemption over the weekend, and it was fully processed on Monday. On Tuesday, it was in my bank account.
