MegaBonanza’s Terms of Service Version 2.6, effective January 26, 2026, adds more prohibited states and significantly strengthens its arbitration framework.
🚫 Prohibited state list expanded
Mega Bonanza now blocks access from 16 U.S. states:
Alabama, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.
⚖️ Arbitration process tightened
The updated terms reinforce mandatory binding arbitration under JAMS in New York.
Key points:
• Arbitration applies to past, pending, and future claims
• 30 day opt out window
• Mandatory informal dispute process before arbitration
• Class action and representative claims are waived
• One year deadline to file claims
