Terms of Use Update
📌 Summary
Pulsz.com just pushed a deep rewrite of its Terms. It introduces arbitration layers, firm restrictions on tracking claims, and tighter user conduct rules.
-
Arbitration Expanded
All disputes go through JAMS arbitration. Batch claims (20+ with one law firm) get special handling. Awards over $50K can be appealed.
Class actions are waived. Punitive damages are off the table. -
Tracking Waiver Is Now Explicit
You now waive all past, current, and future claims tied to Meta Pixel, cookies, JavaScript, or similar tools. -
1-Year Claim Limit
If you have a legal issue, you’ve got 12 months to act—after that, it’s barred. -
More States Blocked or Limited
You can’t play from: WA, ID, MI, MT, NV, AL, TN, CT, NY, WV, LA, or MD.
Mississippi is now labeled “limited participation.” -
Coins Expire After 60 Days of Inactivity
If you don’t log gameplay for 60 days, your Virtual Coins vanish. -
New Conduct Rules Ban Group Abuse
Using shared IDs, group coupon tactics, or “money-making hacks” is now against the rules. -
Mandatory Pre-Arbitration Step
You must file a “Notice of Dispute” and wait 30 days before arbitration.
The notice has to include your details, a timeline, and your requested outcome. -
