Hello, Millions? A bold name for a sweepstakes casino. Who’s expectations wouldn’t be sky-high before their first login? I’d already tested a few sites from B-Two Operations Limited, the company running the whole thing. So I also knew the standards to beat. My full Hello Millions Casino review covers how it compares to its siblings, if you find any promo codes tucked away, and my overall impression after a week of using it.

Quick Verdict: Hello Millions

I find Hello Millions to be a fairly average sweepstakes site overall, mainly because the free experience underperforms the paid one by a noticeable gap. On the free side, 5,000 GC and 2.5 SC at signup will get burned through inside one slot session. Add 31 live dealer tables, and the picture sits well below the 100+ live games sites are running in 2026. So, neither half of the free offer holds up against current market norms.

The paid side reverses the verdict. Spend $49.99 on the First Purchase Offer, and you walk away with 120,000 GC, 60 free SC, plus a chance at 500 more SC. That alone puts more SC in your account than the 51 SC handed out by the standard $49.99 pack. The same paid bracket also gets you the 50 SC minimum withdrawal, which is meaningfully lower than the 75 or 100 SC threshold I see almost everywhere else. So, the SC you earn through the FPO convert into a cashout faster than they would at a competitor.

My honest take: Hello Millions earns the $49.99 if that’s a purchase you’re already planning. If you want to stick to the free balance, sites like Stake.us or Chumba will give you a stronger starting load.

Email Login vs Google One Click Access

I created a Hello Millions account using the standard method. I was asked to enter my email address, first and last name, and date of birth. I was also asked to pick a password and choose my state of residence.

After clicking “Continue,” I was asked to confirm that I am over 21. Then, the “Terms and Privacy Policy” tab popped up. This step cannot be bypassed. I had to accept the terms before I could continue.

I saw a field labeled “Sweepstakes Promo Code,” which I had to leave blank after trying to track one. I had combed through Reddit threads and all Hello Millions Casino’s social media, without luck. Having been defeated, I returned to the form, filled out the remaining fields, and submitted the registration.

Submitting the form started the account verification process. Then, Hello Millions sent a confirmation email, and for once, it ended up in my main inbox instead of the spam folder. I opened it, clicked the link, and that was it, that account of mine was confirmed.

For a faster setup, I suggest you click the Google button at the bottom of the page (provided you have a Google account). Clicking it allows the site to access your basic information from Google and set up your account without having to fill in any of the fields I explained further above.

How to Get Back Into Your Hello Millions Account

Getting back into my account was no big deal, to say the least. I entered my email and password, solved the CAPTCHA, and voila! I was all logged in.

For those who signed up with Google, it’s even simpler. You can just hit the Google button on the page, and it logs you in automatically by connecting to your Google account. You’ll be in the lobby in no time.

I decided to test the “Forgot Password” link, which is located under the password field. The recovery process was quick, I got a reset email instantly, clicked the link in it, chose a new password, and was back in the game.

Where Most of the Free Coins Come From

Hello Millions doesn’t go overboard with its welcome offer. You start with 5,000 Gold Coins and 2.5 Sweeps Coins, a very average opening and one that tends to disappear very quickly once you start playing.

Over the years, our team has reviewed many sweepstakes casinos, many of which offer far more Gold Coins upfront. For example, Crown Coins Casino rewards new accounts with a welcome bundle of 800,000 Crown Coins and 40 Sweepstakes Coins, while FreeSpin Casino offers 200,000 Gold Coins and 20 free spins.

That said, there are some bigger rewards to be found in the Hello Millions bonus system. First off, there’s the daily login spin. That’ll get you about 1,500 Gold Coins and around 0.20 Sweepstakes Coins every 24 hours. As the name says, though, you’ll have to log in every day to use it.

The biggest scale, though, is clearly linked to tournament play. Hello Millions runs a weekly leaderboard with a 10,000,000 GC prize pool. The top ranks can collect up to 2,000,000 GC.

$24.99 50,000 25
$49.99 100,000 51
$99.99 200,000 100

Where the Store Feels Slightly Underwhelming

Similar to the sweepstakes bonuses I found earlier, Hello Millions’ coin store does not venture far beyond the typical industry standard. While they occasionally have great special package offers, the standard store is extremely average (see Table 4).

Example: The $9.99 bundle includes 10 Sweepstakes Coins (SC), and the $19.99 bundle includes 20 SC. This ratio keeps the exchange rate at almost exactly $1 per Sweepstakes Coin. Since many sweepstakes casinos use the same baseline, the store’s prices do not exceed the typical range of values.

The real value in the store sits with the First Purchase Offer: GC 120,000 + Free SC 60 + A Chance to Win Free SC 500. To put that in context, the 60 SC alone exceeds the 51 SC you’d receive from the $49.99 Standard Pack, and the 120,000 GC outpaces the 100,000 GC at that same price tier. The 500 SC drawing is the only piece you can’t get anywhere else in the store.

Since the offer is one-time and locked to your first transaction, there’s no reason to test the waters with a smaller pack first. Once it’s claimed, you’re back to the regular bundles in Table 4.

Inside the 50 SC Cashout Threshold

I usually go for the lower-tier packages when I buy coin bundles to test a site, and this sweepstakes casino review was no different. For this one, I went with the $4.99 bundle at Hello Millions with a regular Visa debit card. Other options you can go for are Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The purchase itself unfolded without a single problem at hand, the whole bundle of coins showed up in my account right away after the purchase was confirmed.

You have a little less choice in the context of redemptions than with deposits. When I opened the redemption page, I only saw two withdrawal options: bank transfer and gift cards.

You’ll need a minimum of 10 SC for gift cards and 50 SC for bank transfers. Since 1 SC is worth $1, you’ll need at least 50 SC to start redeeming your prizes.

That threshold is also close to the lower edge of the sweeps casino market. I have seen a lot of platforms have a bank redemption requirement closer to 75 SC (example: Spree Casino) or even 100 SC (example: Big Shot Games). In other words: Hello Millions lets you cash out with a smaller balance than a lot of its competitors.

Here are three other important things to know before you can cash out:

First, I had to finish the verification process before I could start the withdrawal process. To do that, I uploaded a government-issued ID and proof of address.

Second, cashouts are only processed if the name on your payment method matches the name on your account. If you’re cashing out a big amount, the platform might ask for more ID or proof of where you live. We’ll put your withdrawal on hold until everything is verified.

And finally, redemptions have to be done through the website. You can’t do it through the mobile version. I also found out that you can’t make purchases through the mobile version, which surprised me.

Testing the Live Section vs the Slot Core

The casino doesn’t specify how many games it offers. I tried counting them, but I couldn’t see an end in sight because I kept scrolling down. There are easily more than 2,000 titles, most of which are slots.

The categories are even set up around them. I saw names like Classic, Megaways, and Cascading Reels. I tried games like Jade Blade and Timeless Diamonds because they were in the “Recommended” category.

I couldn’t spot any standard RNG table games, but that doesn’t matter too much since the site offers around 50 live casino titles, including table games. Among them, I saw variations of blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows. All of that content is developed by three big-name sweepstakes studios: ICONIC21, Playtech, and Vivo Gaming.

I also saw some nice fish game titles, such as Fishin’ Bonanza and Fish Tales, as well as some arcade options, like Plinko. Overall, there are probably 100 games that are not slots, which, again, shows how focused Hello Millions is on that category (like any sweepstakes or social casino, really).

Testing Hello Millions’ Account Lock Mechanics

The safety of a sweepstakes site begins with the ownership and transparency of the company behind it.

Hello Millions is being run by B Two Operations Limited, an Isle of Man company that famously operates several sweepstakes platforms at once. It is the exact same group that sits behind McLuck, Jackpota, PlayFame, and Mega Bonanza, placing Hello Millions inside a larger casino network.

Being part of a group is a good sign of safety for a site. This is because the operator has more to lose if there’s a payout dispute or a security breach. This often makes them want to put stricter verification and fraud controls in place for the whole group.

In terms of limitations: Hello Millions blocks users in 18 U.S. states, including New York, New Jersey, Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. You’ll run into this restriction when you’re creating an account and trying to redeem cash. There’s no point in signing up if you’re in a blocked state. Even the smartest VPN won’t help you withdraw your funds.

Another sign of safety is how well-equipped the responsible gaming controls are. In the account settings, I could set limits on purchases of Gold Coins, session time, temporary timeouts, and full self-exclusion. Any limit reduction goes into effect as soon as you set it, while any limit increase is subject to a 24-hour waiting period.

Differences Between App and Web Play

Hello Millions has a mobile app, though it is only available for Android. Its Play Store page shows that it has an average rating of 4.1 stars, based on approximately 3,900 reviews and over 100,000 installations. This indicates that the sweepstakes casino app is widely used and trusted.

The listing claims that the app does not share data with third parties and uses encrypted transmission, a standard disclosure now required by Google of developers.

After installing the app, I checked to see if the interface had changed. Nope, it didn’t. As before, the balance sits at the top, the same slot categories are underneath, and the navigation is nearly identical to the browser version.

I then moved on to the games, since that’s usually where mobile apps tend to show their weaknesses. I opened a few sweepstakes slots, all of which loaded quickly, in just a few seconds.

To test the more demanding streams, I launched a few live tables. It took a bit longer for these to start up, which makes sense since they use video feeds from other providers like Playtech and Vivo Gaming. But once they’re up and running, they work just like they do on a desktop.

Apple users are the ones who run into a limitation. Hello Millions doesn’t publish an iOS app, so iPhone folks have to use the mobile browser to access the platform. I also tested that route. You’ll see the same interface and game categories that are to be found on the desktop version, meaning the experience stays pretty much the same across different devices.

Support Channels & Response Options

Rating: 7.8 / 10

Help Center Knowledge base, ticket form, 4 categories No live chat embedded in articles
Phone +1 (719) 631-9945 Payment questions only
Social X and Instagram messages Not an official ticket channel

Testing 24/7 Chat Access After Buying Coins

Hello Millions has a live chat feature, but it is only available to paying customers. Since I had made that purchase, I obviously wanted to test it out. I asked a couple of questions about bonuses and withdrawals. An agent responded almost instantly, and the answers were clear and helpful.

I also found a FAQ section that covers the basics about coins, purchases, etc. However, if you have a specific issue it’s likely you won’t find your answer there.

If you need direct help, you can submit a support ticket instead of using the chat feature. You will receive a reply via email, but you never know how long it will take to arrive.

I also noticed a phone number on the website, but it’s for payment-related questions, not general support. The casino is active on social media, but since these channels are not an official support system, there is no guarantee that you will receive a response.

My Final Expert Verdict

Overall Rating: 7.7 / 10

Hello Millions is a competent sweepstakes site that doesn’t try to be more than that. The slot library runs past 2,000 titles across 51 studios, the 50 SC cashout floor is lower than the 75 to 100 SC most other sites use, and the $49.99 First Purchase Offer (120,000 GC, 60 SC, plus a draw on 500 more SC) pays out more SC than the standard $49.99 pack in the same store. That’s where the value lives. Outside of that one bundle, the platform doesn’t give you a reason to pick it over a site you already use.

The reason it still earns the rating is the operator. B-Two Operations Limited also runs other well-known brands like McLuck, Jackpota, and PlayFame, so the payment processing, KYC, and redemption systems on Hello Millions are not being tested on you. They have been live on sister sites for years. The 4.4/5 Trustpilot rating from 4,000+ players is consistent with that.

So, if you were planning a $49.99 first purchase anyway, this is a reasonable place to spend it. If you weren’t, there’s nothing here pulling you in over what you already have.

Hello Millions FAQs

What is Hello Millions?

Hello Millions is a sweepstakes casino that works with the standard two-coin system. GC is used for free gameplay, while SC can be used to withdraw real cash prizes. The platform works the same way as most sweepstakes casinos available to players in the United States.

Who owns Hello Millions?

Hello Millions is run and operated by B-Two Operations Limited, registered in the Isle of Man under registration number 021483V, with its office at Third Floor, 34 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1AP.

How many Hello Millions no-deposit bonuses are available?

Hello Millions doesn’t offer many no-deposit bonuses compared to some sweepstakes casinos. New accounts receive 5,000 Gold Coins for registering. Other free coin opportunities come from the daily login reward, social media giveaways, and the mail-in sweepstakes entry option listed in the promotion rules.

Does Hello Millions do real money redemptions?

Yes. The minimal redemption for a gift card is 10 SC, and 50 SC for a bank transfer. Since 1 SC = $1, it means you need at least $50 worth of SC to request a withdrawal.

How long does Hello Millions take to verify?

It depends on how fast your uploaded documents are checked, but usually up to 48 hours. To verify the first withdrawal, you need to upload a government-issued ID and proof of address.

How long does Hello Millions take to pay out?

Redemptions at Hello Millions can take up to 10 business days. The wait time depends on how fast the verification check is finished and also on which payment method you chose. Gift cards are faster, but cash withdrawals can take even longer than 10 days.

Can I use Hello Millions promo codes to trigger bonuses?

Yes. During registration, there is a promo code field where codes can be entered if a promotion is active. However, the casino doesn’t directly provide these codes. You can find them through affiliates, and each one triggers a different bonus.

Is there a Hello Millions app?

Hello Millions has an Android app available on Google Play. There is no iOS version, but Apple users can play through their mobile browser, which offers the same exact experience.
