“My honest take on Yotta’s support is that it’s decent on screen but kind of disappointing in reality. While there are multiple ways to reach out to support, waiting 12 hours to hear from a live agent is dismal, to say the least. What’s more, operating hours are not clearly disclosed anywhere on the site, and the chatbot only handles basic inquiries, often redirecting you to existing articles. Compared to sites like Pulsz or Chumba, which have much faster response times, Yotta definitely needs to pull up their socks here!”

But if you’re on an Android, it’s a different story. There is no Play Store app anymore, and you have to download an APK, which isn’t ideal. What’s more, the Android app had terrible ratings on the Google Play Store, and that says a lot. So, the mobile experience isn’t bad, but it feels half-baked.”
